Evolution FC Appoints Les Krivak as Head Coach of Men’s Team
Coquitlam, BC – Evolution FC is excited to announce Les Krivak as the new Head Coach of the Men’s Team. With an extraordinary background in both playing and coaching, Les brings a legacy of success and leadership that will strengthen the men’s program and uphold Evolution FC’s commitment to high-performance soccer.
Les Krivak has been a cornerstone of the Coquitlam Metro-Ford Soccer Club (CMFSC) since 2001, coaching at various levels and guiding numerous teams to remarkable achievements. A former professional player in Slovakia, Les’s passion for soccer and his wealth of experience have made him a highly respected figure in the soccer community.
Holding a National A License, Les has continuously pursued excellence in coaching, earning additional certifications to stay at the forefront of the sport. His decorated coaching career is highlighted by an impressive list of accomplishments, including multiple Provincial Cup Championships and Canadian National Championships:
2013 Canadian National Gold Medal with CMFSC U-18 Boys in St. John’s, NL.
2014 Canadian National Gold Medal with CMFSC U-16 Boys in St. John’s, NL.
2018 Canadian National Gold Medal with CMFSC U-17 Boys in Surrey, BC.
VMSL Premier Division Champions with CMFSC Wolves in 2016 and 2017.
Les’s contributions have earned him numerous accolades, including BC Soccer’s Youth and Adult Coach of the Year awards, as well as VMSL Coach of the Year. His dedication to fostering talent and building championship-winning teams is unparalleled.

Les has consistently demonstrated his ability to develop players and create a winning culture, as evidenced by his leadership of the CMFSC Wolves to back-to-back VMSL Premier Division titles and numerous other championships. His expertise in player development will be instrumental as Evolution FC continues to establish itself as a leader in League1 BC and beyond.
